Roger, I apologize if the ground has already been covered. If so, I have not been able to find the answers. The responses today have been of some help. Much of the earlier discussion has been what I would call cheerleading. I can assure you that I have no information that has not been posted on this thread. When the company publishes its financials I want to have as much background as possible to make a decision. We have conflicting statements made by each party to a purported agreement. I don't know where the truth lies nor do the posters who are not insiders. Possibly it is wrapped in local politics as suggested by some posters. I am looking for all points of view. As you are aware, it is very difficult to get both sides of the story when dealing with a non-reporting BB company. Most posters appear to be shareholders and are trying to support the stock price. Some may be compensated in some way by the company. The only way to get at the facts is to ask pointed and probing questions and to verify independently what has been posted. I will continue to monitor the thread and await the audited financials. Thanks to all that have responded (although the personal attack by one individual was of little benefit). Al
