DAVID or anybody who can answer, I have a question to ask that I should know the answer to but don't. If Vivus has an outstanding of about 31 million shares and a float of about 21 million shares then who owns or controls the 10 million shares that are part of the outstanding but not part of the float?? I assumed that those shares are company owned to be used as needed to raise capital or as employee options but I do not know for sure. Who can answer this question? VLAD

Guess its us lil suckers thats holding the rest 30 mil or so then. I dont think they add the shorted shares to the %centages..
