Yes. The Datamation article talks about the trials and tribulations of Boston Mutual's Y2K conversion efforts.

Here's a snippet talking about CMND's role:

Dear Sultan Kabani: According to the Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheet, which accompanied the July 28th press release, CMND has $20,717,000 in "cash."
