Urlman -- Interesting post. Thanks for posting it. What do you make of My personal view of Amazon is that I don't believe they'll be No. 1 in all three categories," referring to books, CDs, and movies. In a virtual sales model, I don't see the barriers to Amazon leading all three categories. They're farther up the learning curve and it matters little whether they ship a CD, a tape, or a book -- that isn't where the differentiator is, that isn't where the challenges are. IMHO
