to ERRAF, last friday or thursday, a fellow posted a link to an old news article about PRWT's past financial problems, inability to pay sometthing or other. Now statue of limitatons(spelled right?) may have run out, unless there is still legal action pending. Now to the best of my knowledge, PanAm merged into PRWT, not the other way around, which would be the more common way to do things. But, since the active, and larger co. merged into the shell, its what's called a reverse merger. Now, if PRWT was still toting active bankruptcy bagage when the merger took place, PanAm merged itself right into whatever financial reponsibilities PRWT may still be carrying. My question to the board was, does anybody have any relavent info on this?
