Another new low for OSX. Wishful thinking aside, oil is probably going lower, earnings estimates will be cut much more and another 10-20% drop in this sector is a good bet. The only stock that has ever shown much panic volume was VRC, which would typically indicate a bottom...but as we all know, the selling has continued. That is bad.

Can we say NE at $15-$16?

Stop hoping and face what the market is telling us. New lows nearly everyday and the general market is in very bad shape.

Gameboy:

Well the OSX fell another 3%+ today as oil prices again hit the skids. This is a very leveraged business -- profits surge when activity is rising, but collapse when activity is going down. Best to remember that these stocks are still way above their 1995 levels, even though oil prices are well below 1995 levels. It does look like a decent bounce is getting close though. But risky to stay long too long at this juncture.

These stocks always come back strong once a new upcycle begins. But premature bulls must pay the penalty of heavy losses for awhile.
