bgtit, Thanks for the detailed information on the subject of selling restricted stock. That is interesting that the restriction would be extended for one year if a purchaser buys restricted stock, I was not aware of this. Does this apply to purchases of all restricted stock, or did the SEC leave loopholes? It sounds like from the process you described that if our transfer agent was doing it's job that we would not be having a problem with restricted shares being sold, since from what you said those certificates would have been returned..is this accurate? BGIT... Thanks for the sobering education. I applaud your erudite view on these matters and realize I'm still dumber than dirt on so many aspects of this market world. Up until now I thought a gifted legend was Elvis. And, the thought of an attorney actually writing an opinion letter that is dishonest has shaken the visceral fibers of my moral precepts. bgit, I appreciate your efforts, but I have a concern about the initiation of the investigation of the restricted share selling. Is Joe Murphy / DCTC aware of your actions? Do they approve? Maybe they are already taking care of this issue or maybe they have already determined that pursuing it is riskier than leaving it alone. In short, please keep the company in the loop. Kevin
