Well, let's see. These were indeed FY97 financials, but they reflected as well events that took place in the first quarter of 1998. .... Har-Whit, Pitts & Spitts, Brenham Oil & Gas, and Texas Real Estate Enterprises were already part of the company. The Intile, Acqueren, and Cinema Research proposed acquisitions were discussed. So far only one--Acqueren--has been finalized.... I really don't see why the financials shouldn't offer a fairly accurate view of the company's affairs even now. ....surely you jestsuperior products. And if I may refresh your memory a poster verified that the expansion was underway. In 1997 and the first few months of 1998, Brenham Oil & Gas represented a fraction of their current worth, Texas Real Estate Enterprises was joined by MTI..remember, and it too is extremely undervalued...let's not forget that it's holdings were reported to be reflecting property values which are 18 years old..AND..let's also not forget about the property in their division where a mere 20-30 yards away was one of the biggest oil discoveries in the past decade..AND the company is VERY interested in purchasing the property from EDII, reportedly for a very large sum...wouldn't you guess that this property has escalated in value, too....an estimated 10Million dollar value is what I've heard being thrown around...this is not reflected in LAST year's financials...and let's see Acqueren comes along with NorthEastern Plastics...not valued in the 1997 financial report...and how about Cinema Research AND then there's Electronic Pictures California, Inc...who's little speciality is HDTV
