$$$$ More on Jack Beans $$$$$

This is in response to my question "What the hell are Jack Beans ?"

Jack Beans are a bean that has been grown by a chemist in California. This variety of bean has been found to contain an enzyme that is used during kidney dialysis. He has had the beans milled by many processes and FASC's mills produced the highest extraction level of the enzyme. The contract is only for 1 million pounds (500 tons) This would only take the plant about 10 days to mill. The problem is that since the
chemist has found that FASC can mill the beans to his specs he must
now grow more beans. I don't know the profit margin but I hope they pump up the mill rate because the beans are worth big $.
It is my understanding that FASC is the only cost effective method for
high volume grinding at the desired specifications of Jack Beans for this purpose, therefore I would think they could get a premium price for these contracts.
