Actually, that's not what I said. My impression is that the Clinton administration does not have a noticably higher level of corruption than other recent administrations. I was speaking in relative terms not absolute terms.

While your list is interesting, it does not answer the question I asked. Obviously in any large organization there will always be some level of corruption. Only by comparing the Clinton numbers to those of Bush and Reagan will we know the answer.
