And Intel? So much for those who said businesses would never buy sub-0's, (where the Brio is positioned). I see that HP also has five Celeron based Vectra business systems priced at $1083 and less. As Lehman Bros. pointed out, if PII-M turns out to be popular, it will be bad for Intel. And now it looks like they may find their way into a lot of business applications as well as the consumer market.

Faster Celeron PC's due this month.
Note that Mendocino is now Celeron-A. Still think calling it Celeron is a mistake.
Note the prices. Let's hope they don't follow Intel's normal price learning curve.
