Exactly. Advertising on CNBC! Just imagine what will happen to the stock price then. AND, about the same time, the model homes will be up in Belize that their will be a huge campange on that, too. Soon, this thing is going to really take off and those of us getting in at the ground floor will be looking back at posts that say things like "watch and learn" and "I'm waiting for lower prices". It just blows me away that people are looking to buy at lower prices when these ARE the lower prices and will be for until we hit much much higher. And even then, they will still be lower prices until we truly reach fair values.
