As a programmer I know all it takes to join the hundreds of thousands of people who are MSFT ISVs is to simply create a program in Windows and tell MSFT about it. Big freakin deal. MSFT wants and begs people to join. To put out a press release on gaining acceptance IS FALSE AND MISLEADING and dangerously close to a violation of SEC law.
