"Goth was brought on by Sid and from what I have heard, it was Fred's
behavior that caused him to leave. " Unless Goth told me this to my face I would be suspect of the teller of this tale.

" If someone wants to "go off" and start causing a ruckus and creating a lot of factionlized politcial behavior, there is no one that can stopthem."

OH!

"Also, if someone sees and witnesses that behavior, and decides they
dont want to damage their reputation by being around it, you cant stop
that either."

Are you saying that there were two side to this behavior? And Mr. Goth did not either sides behavior so he left?

Mark:
I don't know that it is fair to call Fred's behavior a ruckus and Sid's fine management. Maybe Sid's behavior is bad management and Fred's was an attempt to move the company in the proper direction. We do not even know the reasons why Goth left. Maybe he felt Fred was correct and left because he saw no way of changing a chaotic situation that is run by Sid into a proper business situation that would have been run by Fred. You are putting a spin on it that is purely your opinion and suits the argument that Sid is fine management despite all the hurdles he is facing.
