My recollection of the financing of the sale is that the paper TXN is carrying is convertible into additional shares, although I do not know about the specifics....hope this helps

Robert,

I've been hanging in there with TI. Good to see you are
alive and well. These are trying times for all chip investors,
but it looks like we are linked with a relative winner, so far.
My emotional target continues to be $200, not factoring any
split. No guarantees but hopeful to be seen within 24 to 36
months.
