Thread:
I've been bullish on TXN for a long time and am still bullish long term but the number of companies that have announce 1,000 to 4,000 layoffs has gotten my attention finally, and realizing that to accomplish these layoffs takes a few months and then it takes some more time for these total results to shake the market. It gives me the feeling I had in 1990 when so many companies started to layoff. There was no reaction at first, then the recession started. Recession today equals 1987 revisited. Hope I'm worried about nothing.
Regards,
Jack Kurz

Jonny these are the times that try mens souls. What say you do we hang in or get out and try a lower entry point.I got out at 62.5 and back in to soon at 58.875--should have been more patient . What I hear is that orders are coming in at a rapid pace ---we just need the market to cooperate. Hope you are well --must be working hard and not posting very often
