Finally, talk about valuation! Nobody responded to my question 20 or 30 messages ago about franchise value? What is NOVL's installed base worth? What would IBM (or MSFT - if it wasn't a anti- trust issue) pay for that? Also remember that you can subtract the $3.07 in net cash per share from your purchase of NOVL stock to get your "true" cost. If your in at 8, it is really like paying 5 (according to pro's like Peter Lynch, etc.) Third, I wonder if Comdex will have an effect of NOVL's stock. My guess is they will wait until then to announce anything really big. David
