Greg,
If you would post the number for the BLM in Phoenix and the person to speak to i will have 8 or 10 people call that number and prove what you say is true. Thall and some of the other non share holders have some kind of agenda and it is not to protect the share holders. If I did not own the stock I might read the thread but I sure would not try to cause more trouble . But then some people just take pleasure watching other peoples pain. If IPM goes down many widows will loose money that they can't afford to loose and there is no pleasure in that.

Greg, Tim is pointing out that this claim stuff is "time sensitive",
and we all agree on that. And we all agree that if IPM looses the
right to mine Black Rock, then the shareholders got nothing and will
not get another penny to explore another dirt area. You say that Tim
can get the paperwork done "on the spot" if he deals with a small office,
but if he went to a big place like Phoenix, then it will take much
longer for the flow of events to happen. I am now either missing all
of whats being contested here as "the real deal" and thusly I will be
a dummy next because I don't see where Tim is "off base" or trying to
not be helpful here. I even see posts today from Bill Jackson that
look like the good helpful type of stuff we need. Maby this is a dream
I'am having where things get distorted. But unless I wake up before
I this post is done, the I want to say the following.
If something is time sensitive, it does not matter how busy or slow
the receiver of this notification is, the receiver will put a time
stamp on the document, or what ever, and what happens next is no concern
to the "giver", just so long that a "receipt with time stamp" is collected
by the giver from the receiver.

Mr. Greg Ronan, member of Galleon, are you trying to jump these ipm claims? Is that why you are spreading rumors? You can stake over anybodies claim whenever you want to. The BLM will, under suponea show up and say, so and so claimed it first. The office does not matter, these are federal laws.

Tim Hall

PS, Phoenix office told me the same thing. Quit trying to scare people so you can jump claims.

<<<<<well Mr Thall, what you have said is completely incorrect at least from the standpoint of the Phoenix office, and i'm sure any other major BLM office. I called the office back and related what you said last week about the soc. office..they told me that what you are presenting is totally incorrect but perhaps it is because the phoenix office is a giant next to the one you called. They thought it hilarious that you said they accepted claims on sept 1 without even checking and that it was up to the claimers to fight it out. Since this seems to be very important to people who own IPM, i think someone should call the PHOENIX office, as this is the office that is involved, an varify this.>>>>>

Well Mr. Greg Ronan, what I have said is completely correct. It seems that some of the Phoenix Office employees don't completely understand all aspects of the claiming process and have been offering misleading and untrue advice. They have not done so intentionally but none the less they don't completely know what they have been talking about. It is my understanding that as a result of recent call and complaints, all of the employees who deal with the public will be given additional training to make sure they are aware of claiming procedures.

I don't however think that this is hilarious because it is my tax dollars who pay these peoples salaries and they are probably making more money than I do. I do however think that you are hilarious and I worry about your capabilities to properly accomplish due diligence on you stock investments.
