Thanks for sharing your conversation with John with us. Can imagine him walking on eggs with the Belizean thing for the time being. As they say " if you build it they will come ", and it sounds like they will get it built real soon. Now as far as the dog and grandkids go , what kind of dog and how old are they? I sure don't like seeing the stock price where its at and yes I think MM are taking full advantage of the selling to pick up cheap shares. but there is a lot of selling here. I just wonder who is letting go of this stock so cheaply.

LegalBeast, You've gone and done it this time!. That broom you have been carrying around has done a clean sweep of all the old crap that's been hanging around. Do you realize that the stock is going to jump up in the AM (unless the MM has a different MO!). Thanks for all your DD. And of course, thanks to John for handling a very complex situation so there is a win for all. Firstman is on a geology field trip to Yellowstone & the Tetons, he will be very happy when he returns in about 8 days from now and confirms his trust in PRWT by taking off. Roger

LegalBeast - Thank you very much for a well written post. Have to admit to a slight panic today and then remembered the post about just walking away from the screen. Tried calling John today and am glad I didn't get thru to him personally. Was pretty sure that with Belize it was just Republicans and Democrats, only much more politically intense. Am still longer than I think I should be. But, go PPRRWWTT!! John

My hat's off to you sir, great job. I know what you mean about small town election's. I come from a small town in Italy, and when election time come's around it's a free for all. Father's who don't speak to their sons, emotions run high. OT As far as meathead is concerned, I have a few friends who have no problem picking up the tab on your ex, on me.
