I've had Cox & @home for over a year here in Phoenix and I really like it. There service and support have been great. Access can get a little slow during prime time. 6:30 - 9:00 but over all it is awesome. US West on the other hand has just installed a pedestal in my front yard. They are offering this month fiber to the curb VDSL service that has both TV and Internet access over my phone line. 155 channels with dedicated 1Mb internet access and caller ID on the TV. As far as I'm concerned Cox better hurry up and offer that digital TV stuff pretty quick.
