OK bgtit. Firstly, my filings with the SEC are accurate. I have acquired my options as filed with the SEC and also sold some shares as filed with the SEC. The proceeds from the sale of the shares in February was deposited into the company accounts at a time when the company was short of money pending the outcome of the financing of Smartalk shares. Verification of this can be supplied. Secondly, you have slandered me with "illegal selling" and "fraud". That's a fact and its not going away. I demand an immediate public appology. Thirdly, why are you hiding behind a name like "bgtit". Publish your name and address and stop hiding like a coward. I will get your name from the SI and apply the same rules awarded by an Ontario court to the Phillips case against you. You have started up with the wrong guy. I am not nervous about anything but instead extremely upset, and for too long, with this continuous blasting of the CC shareholders and laying blame on them for all your DCI shareholder frustrations. They deserve better. It was the CardCall deal that put DCI on the Telecom map! This b/s is going to stop and it's going to stop now. I will shortly post a list of questions that should be asked of DCI and when answered, if answered truthfully, will remove all your and other shareholder frustrations. By the way where are you getting all your mis-information from and who at DCI is leaking all this nonsense to you and assisting you in inciting hatred against the CC shareholders? Charles
