gdtech is not me so I have no idea.. His message seems strange though but as usual unless hes a VP or someone higher that deals directly with things like this he wont really know. I have gone through lots of buys and although I get hints here and there nothing concrete. The SEC is very stringent in things like that. But there was info previously released which said VVUS sold the sales force to ALZA and also paid for them till end of the year. ALZA also made the VP of sales at VVUS the VP of sales at ALZA ( I think ).. You can find the info posted on here, Dr.Zebra posted it a few weeks back.. And my opinion? Well I have never seen a public company that tries very hard to screw up! Here they dont have to try, it happens naturally. Usually companies like this go broke before going public unless its a scam, but I guess it was one way for ALZA to get rid of the trouble makers? I really have this gut feeling that VVUS will screw everyone including themselves, Remember bulls make money, bears make money but pigs get slaughtered? Leyland and Board = one giant bore!
