Am I missing something, but the fact that this company has a morgage company with the ability to receive government back loans. This is a revenue stream. This is funding. Am I missing something?

I looked into the S-8 filing in Edgar, and while I will not make any claim to whethert it is or is not dilutive, it is definitely not a floorless debenture. While there is a broad discretionary use of the shares, we do know the maximum that will be issued. The shares are maxed at 80 million.

Had it been a floorless, the revenues would have been fixed and the shares would be literally unlimited.

Has anyone received a number from the TA to indicate how many of this 80 million figure are outstanding?
