SEC filings.... They are here. sec.gov I see and use this company's product everyday. They are credible and they have turned their business around. This company had it's trouble in past years, but the new management is real and they are on the right track. What basis do you have to state they would have to restate earnings? IMO, it is you who have no credibility. ONPT is a bargain right now due to the general market decline. With the revenues and earnings continuing to rise quarter over quarter, they will be noticed and the stock price will begin to reflect it's true value. But with your discouraging attitude, I suspect you will have sold before then. I have held and bought this stock at prices as low as 5/8 and patience paid off very nicely for me. I believe it will again.
