On-Point Technologies has been climbing steadily for the last month. Price hit a 52wk high today on 324,000 shares today, which is about 10x normal volume. The year end earnings report, due by Mar 30,should confirm this company's return to profitability. Check out the chart. ONPT designs, sells and leases high security vending machines for instant lottery tickets and pre-paid phone cards. They have contracts with 11 states, the province of Ontario and the nation of Cypress. This stock has been beaten down from a 1993 high of $25. New management seems to have company on the mend. Last two quarters have been profitable and company has gone from losing .90/sh last year to a profit of .01/share thru fiscal 3rd quarter. With any kind of positive 4th quarter and year end report, the PE should be very low. At the depths of their financial troubles this company was eyed for a buyout at $3.25/sh. I think it can rise at least to that price in the next 3 months. IMHO. Check it out. Closed at 1 3/8 today. | ||||||||||||||
