Jerry, Jerry... Poor soul...you fail to accept the reality of the situation and instead run and hide or totally ignore whats been said that directly contradicts what you have said. Whatsamatta Jer...its OK for you to pounce on a faux pas regarding the author of a book I read years ago but ignore all the relevant facts? Yes, I suppose thats the only avenue you have...but here is a little hint for you...it is quite obvious that what you have been trying to do in your past several posts is to instill some doubt as to my credibility by making comments about how often I got things wrong...but you have so far produced nothing. Much more important though is the fact that I don't really care. Choose to agree, choose to disagree...its your problem not mine...but once more, lets review the comments you make: 1) Eurus director...hmm..did you miss the post in which I said I spoke to two other people involved in Eurus/KRY deal to get their opinions? Did you miss the part about how one of the people I spoke to was actually involved in management....yessir, I guess you did. Hey if people from BOTH Eurus and KRY say he's a moron, then thats what I'll convey to the forum. 2) The Miami phone call...yeah..so whats the problem...it was accurate and right on the mark. I would love to see any attempt to prove that it wasn't 3)Reality Check...well, if you haven't noticed, Reality Check loves to go around in circles..and his thoughts are based on his own opinions and some reading. How do you carry on a discussion with someone who, when expressing his opinions will accept certain things as facts but asks for documentation of others? Simple answer...you can't because you have no idea what he will accept as truth and what he won't. This is a game I soon tired of. His arguments fall apart when he bases it on his opinion that the first court ruling was not a decision but rather an acknowledgement of the transfer. (and lets not even get to the Decree 1409 stuff) Thats why I told him, much as I told Charred...lets just wait and see...for all we are waiting to see is if there is any way around the CSJ's reliance of the Third ruling as claiming that Mael never held title because that is the only thing that stands between KRY and the next challenge for LC...ahould they decide to go that route. Sooo...Jerry, it seems that even in my "unprepared" state, I do more research and know more about this play than you can ever know through your reading of documentation that has been provided to you from only one side. The only one who looks stupid around here Jerry...is YOU..and as per usual, you fail to recognize facts when they are presented to you...preferring to just hang on to whatever ignorant beliefs that you might have. No wonder you're such a one dimensional person...which is pretty pathetic if you ask me. Perhaps you should take your own advice "Don't let emotion take the better of you, Av, cut back on the vitriol, and question your sources better. The results will be more satisfactory for both of us." Not only are your posts no longer emotionally detached but they are as inaccurate as usual...preferring to "stick to your guns" rather than accept the realities that surround you without investigating anything further. Your defense of Brown and McDonald , even after being faced with the truth about their reputations and past misdeeds is proof of this. Learn to do some real research old man..then maybe you won't have to fight so hard to back up something that you posted that was quite obviously erroneous. Do you have anything further to waste my time with?? AV PS: Vote for Peter and Bruce...who would be model additions to any cell block, I am sure.

come out of hiding jerry.....you must be getting cramped muscles from hiding under the table for so long. So where is your substantiation of your accusations against me? Still waiting. You know, the supposed statements about Vancouver promoters. Your widespread posting all over the Internet amazes me. How do you find the time to do all of this KRY-bashing? Is it the pay-per-post scheme or is it something else? Care to share about the Victoria Public Library meetings? Are you starting to worry about your feeble position vis-a-vis Crystallex? What is your deadline to come up with anything, and I mean anything, at all to support your stories on Crystallex? I would not want to be in your shoes, when you will have to face your boss yet once again with empty hands. Hope is the understanding type. Or perhaps you have another sponsor? Which is it jerry? Where does Canada StockWatch get all that money to pay you to post all over the Internet jerry....at least answer that if you dare?
