Kevin: How many mines have a need for extra final production at there end of

the Rainbow? Do you get it yet? Just think if a mine has 500 employees and it's
operation run for say 8 or 10 years and has trailings that contain .04 to .06 gpt/au
Now the mine hits hard times from a in-the-ground type removal expence and it must
close for sometime as gold is under $300.00 a oz and they are at a loss. What can you
the smart business man do to keep your key workers on site?

Why buy a N-P-High Range Retrovator!! or 5 in total for $500,000 each
with the process rights and royaltys of say .025% and put back to work
many of your employees in the process of your own trailings. With Patt Pending
I would say some firm has a lock on that process and some Green to gain from
that net smelter system.

14 mines have closed from August 97' to Jan 98' with over 2000 workers now in
gas stations and fast food to make a living. Would this not put them to work
with any Government providing loans to bring back the minning industry? Just
stop and think of what is there. Well I hope you see some of what MHO is on
this one, should it work out for the total mines and people who work at them,
as that's my message here in.

Regards,
Jim....
