Bob:

Thanks for your info. I'm thinking too that surely Rene would have complied at this point. Foolhardy not to. Any take on the possibility of huge, ruinous damages award to Trooper? I've heard buzz that consulting firm has put potential figure above 90 mil. Won't even the threat of this throw a monkey wrench into funding? Will anyone hand TT $40 mil that could be siphoned off in a damages settlement?? Seems to me that regardless of the eventual outcome, the overhanging lawsuit could well paralyze the company. I would think Rene needs to address this issue ASAP. Any input---anyone?? All best, Dave C.

<David Cannon ,I chatted with IR late yesterday afternoon.I was told Dick Eng. gave tropper what was required by the court order.I would think that Dick Eng. would be also named in the suit if there was any to it.IR thinks TTP just wants to get their hands on the new plans. At this point i would tend to believe Rene.--Bob Lium>

Bob, it would not be TPP that would be in a position to sue Dick engineering, the suite would have to be initiated by TTRIF, for it was them that order the information (drawings) from them. It would still be TTRIF's responsibility to make sure that what was sent was all inclusive not Dick engineering.

I believe you are right about TPP wanting the plan for the new plant, BUT they are missing much more than just the new plant drawings. You might want to call IR. and ask them if TT delivered even the old Corinth drawings from way back. You may be surprised at their answer, if they do give you one.
