Let's find out the terms of these convertibles before screaming chicken little, ok? It is very smart though to research this matter fully.

If they are floorless, then yes, it is time to sell immediately. But until that time, let's start digging for the specifics. I will be asking the following:

1. Who are all the convertible holders.

2. What are the precise terms of coversion for each holder, including whether each debenture has a floor.

3. What conversion has already occurred

4. How much dilution has already taken place

Although a 10-K would be the preferred method of verification, independently audited financials should also answer this question.

In my experience, stocks that are under the influence of a floorless bandit do not move up like DIXS-- because the bandit is shorting into any buying power to absorb any upward movement. It is hard for me to believe that this stock would have moved from 1/4 - 1 5/8 in two days if there was an active bandit.

I'll post anything I find out.
