I agree. 13s are finding choice picks that are needed in the current market. Not one to be shy on research in. Will be ready this weekend to continue the TA of the 13s. I will be able to do so til first weekend of Sept. where I will be on the travel wagon again for a week or so.

Good point about AILP and other 13's... When we see that initial spike that makes a stock a 13, that signals interest... We have then seen a correlation of analyst recommendations to stocks that have joined the 13's ranks...
