If my lack of DD includes buying one company, GLOW, at .12 then I guess your right. You have NO credibility with me.

Wow ... when will you give it up ??

What more do you want, T.G.W. ??

1> We have E-mail from the editor of the INDEPENDENT stating the minister's comments were made July 24 (a week before the PR)

2> We have E-mail from the webmaster of the site that posts the INDEPENDENT that states the article was prepared at least a week before posting and that the link to the 7/30 PR was in error

3> We have GLOW's PR on July 30th stating a contract was signed. (What part of "signed" don't you understand ?)

Bob Davis was WRONG. Everyone surrounding the situation has provided facts which PROVE it !!

So ... what do you do ... you now try to conjure up some new doubts by implying that running two companies from the same address is unethical, illegal, or in some way harmful to GLOW.

I, for one, believe that GB & Co. have better things to do than answer E-mail. Leave him alone. If deadlines are not met, then you have a legitimate gripe, but the fact that they have not responded to Bob Davis' clearly irresponsible drivel MEANS NOTHING.

And, BTW, a previous poster asked if there was a lawyer on the thread? Yes .. but I certainly would not get involved in a legal discussion that would quickly break down into name calling.

Let me leave it at this. My corporations professor (a federal judge) called the Securities Exchange Act the "Full Employment Act" for lawyers. Investors seldom see a dime from these kinds of lawsuits, and certainly not in the case of a derivative suit (one where a stockholder sues on behalf of the corporation). The cost of pursuing an action against Bob Davis would be prohibitive (in dollars and time) for a lot of reasons.

The stock has dropped a few cents since last week. If one gives Bob Davis that much credit, he must have quite a following and a lot of credibility with someone ...

The truth is, press releases aren't going to cut it anymore if the price of GLOW is to go up. And neither will they convince the detractors that everything is OK. Only positive, profit making activities by the company will do that.

T.G.W. .. I don't think you're a bad guy, and often you have very legitimate questions and turn up interesting info. The only problem I have with you is that when you are confronted by facts (as stated above) you would rather ignore them than acknowledge that someone besides you ( or your buddy MMPRO) could be right.

BTW .. what significance do YOU attribute to the fact that GB is the contact person for GLOW and Great Spirit ? I am asking in all seriousness, I hope you respond in kind.

Congratulations! How does someone win a free one year membership to SI? Is it based on style??
I was considering sending the following reply to TGW's GLOW post #5866
(https://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=5403833) but I'm not sure if it might violate the SI terms in some way. Feel free to post it as a private message sent to you (Bob Davis style) if you want. It's late and I am out of here...
TGW,
Either your experience is limited, or your memory is limited. From what I've seen, anybody can have a newsletter (not referring to just Bob Davis either).

Your previous quote (below) on Bob Davis does not surprise me. It would surprise me coming from an intelligent investor - one that didn't admit he bought a stock without any DD, sold the stock, felt stupid for buying without any DD, and then stuck around to make FUTILE attempts to convince everyone that he/she actually does DD on stocks.

"In addition he is doing some of the finest and most comprehensive stock analysis that I have seen...and for free!"
This is an example of the type of DD that you consider "the finest and most comprehensive stock analysis" that you have seen, from my point of view:
"I have not yet obtained any supporting information to prove that TGW does not dress up in women's clothing, does not like to be spanked by other transvestites, and does not have a fetish for men with big hairy feet. And further, I have not been able to find any absolute proof that TGW does not feel really good when spending all of his time trying to tank other peoples investments as a kind of therapy for his own investment failures."
NOTE: The above paragraph is just an EXAMPLE, that had I swapped "TGW" for "Gary Borglund" you would no doubt be praising as "fine and comprehensive analysis", when it is in reality just a bunch of garbage that can not be proven at the moment one way or another. But what the heck, why not throw it out there anyway to get people thinking about it, because after all there are freaks out there.
I guess the philosophy/agenda is that because there are scams out there, this must be one.
