I agree, jjbucci, if Gary and others had nothing better to do with their time, they could try to issue a statement, but what would their statement say. What we already know to be true. There was no confusion here. The press releases are very clear IMO. Why waste time with this absurd allegations from a bunch on internet junkies. It just doesn't make any sense at this point in the game. Obviously Global is working hard to bet the website up and running. Isn't that he most important thing. By opening the website next week, wouldn't Gary dispose of these criticisms without taking his time away from the job at hand. I truly believe that the BOB DAVIS fiasco was dispelled on Saturday. Any relatively intelligent investor could see through the obvious blunders on his part. This was reflected on Monday, with the moderate drop in price. If people were really worried about this story the share price would have tanked. But it didn't. It was a nice try, but unfortunately the sale price appears to be 23 cents, period. Remember, as someone pointed out, even if Gary issues a statement, these guys will still argue against it. Don't you get it, this didn't understand the first set of releases, why do you think they will all of a sudden objective. It just won't work. ACTIONS SPEAK VOLUME. Open the Website, and all the so-called problems will go away. Sincerely G

Sorry JJ I apologize, it was meant for Big Red. I do not think GLOW will become fully reporting soon. Call the company and ask them when the audit will be complete? Audit has to be done long before they submit the paperwork. My instincts tell me that it is not close to being done. If I were Bob Davis I would not retract it either at this point. Unless GLOW issues a press release very soon, they will be guilty by omission. Just my opinion of course. With respect to Mr. Timothy, I believe he has been embarrassed by the whole thing and may very well change his position if he ever had one. What I am saying in Global Games defense is that if they ever had a signed agreement, it may now be in jeopardy since the business people on the island are alerted to the government possibly getting into the gambling business. Pressure can change things.
