I've been talking, pleading, with you for months, on and off line.

Your boss has talked with us numerous times, by phone, face to face.
He just doesn't ever respond back when we offer.

Are you ready to respond now?
Does any of this stuff that we have been talking about make you pause and think? We are with you, are you with us?

Frank, employees are paid to work. They do not have any authority as to the direction of the Company. Key employees suggestions may be important for management to base their decisions, however, you show up, complete your work and you take home a pay check. Nothing invested. The shareholders of IMES have invested money so the employees could receive those paychecks to complete their work. You are only as important as your work product.
