Yes, that is what I was just thinking as I was wondering why I had not just gone short at any level today...then I remembered the lock-down. Can you buy to cover under a lock-down? There appeared to be activity the other day when the 27 points was hit, but nothing below that mark.

Well, here we almost are...limit down. It will be interesting to watch this. Last time it spiked down once it re-opened and that would have been an immediate buy as it reversed in a hurry. This will be interesting.....

EDIT - Do you look to do anything right after a limit move or just stand aside?

REEDIT - Cash keeps dropping, this will be very interesting....
