Oh Oh. I don't like the looks of this very much? Even Bob Pisani from CNBC is trying in his own way to talk us ourt of thinking that we are in a bear market???? What ??? Usually he seems at times to take positive joy in being negative in his reports from the floor!!!

They must have told him ( and everyone on CNBC) to start talking the market up because otherwise in a real downturn on-one will be left to be interested in watching CNBC!!!!!

I just start shaking everytime I hear the word Asia. Can't we just stop flying there and turn off the phone lines and just never ever mention the word or the place until the Japanese start to take life seriously.

If sell off is due to concerns about slowing of economy and importation of deflation due to Asian crisis then interest rates could easily drop another 100 basis points. This latedt scare is based on deflation not inflation. Interest rates have nothing to do with today.
