One side is also trying to obstruct the search for the facts. As for his "admissions", I would view those as being symptomatic of a small-minded individual. He is always looking for an angle to weasel out of admitting to mistakes or misdeeds, rather than facing them and moving on. An individual like that will continue to perform misdeeds and to attempt to cover them up.
