rockets, Your points are well taken. It's hard, if not impossible, to control all the variables. So if each one of us takes these points into consideration and moderates our quality requests, this will certainly improve our growth potential. If it isn't broken then don't try to fix it. John knows what kind of a pencil sharpener he needs for his desk, why does anyone assume they know better! Roger

* Just Spoke With John * I just got off the phone with John and he provided me with some insight into the dealings of his company. Nothing earth shattering, but little tidbits here and there. I will be putting together a summary later this evening (west coast time). I don't have an answer to everything, but will document what I know. I asked him 15 or so questions. I got sick and tired of receiving second hand information and decided to get the answers from the big cheese. GG
