Concerning the competitive landscape.

Paul - how do you think SCI will adjust, if any, its reliance on HWP and the PC industry and maybe get more into telecom or higher-margin products?

I'm sure this is their strategy, but when will this begin to compensate for the poor pricing environment in the PC mkt?

And related to their shift into telecom, who would be their established and/or yet-to-be-determined competition and what are the competitive selling points for lets say a SCI vs. JBL?

Time to start paying attention to these stocks again as I see incredible long-term value as these cos. continue to partner with the big boys in the high-tech market.

Thanks.

ps - any acquisition candidates in the industry right now? Creditman??

How about Gloabaltech, GAI at $8/share.

Has $7/share in cash, analyst estimate $1.30 EPS this year, and is growing 30% ex. Sunbeam, its largest customer, whose hiccup caused the estimates to be lowered from $1.70 to $1.30.

My opinion.
