Doesn't the founder own 56% of the shares? So, unless he's giving up on CMND, it will be impossible to get control. Nice idea, though. What is CMND's market value at 3 13/32? I wonder how many shares could be bought at this price. I would guess not many. They're not getting mine, that's for sure.

Seems small consulting companies are totally ignored, except by individual investors. TACX is another cheap stock that I owned. They reported to-day. Reasonable results but I guess good thing it did not go down more then it did in this market. It looks like if and when the sector goes up, it will be bigger companies that will move.
