Alien, The NYSE had over 500 new lows today--a number not seen in this decade. I see a lot of small cap stocks I follow and see stock prices at 2 to 3 year lows. The advantage that Vivus has currently over other tech stocks is that they have no Asian exposure and their product will primarily be paid for by insurance companies and various government's socialized health plans. So I see no damage in earnings due to Asia. Vivus needs to execute a domestic plan very soon. If they have nothing to offer us by the end of this month then as far as I am concerned, they have missed the last train and will have a long walk home.
