Well if they get fidelity on board any way you look at it its great, If fidelity takes a stake in VVUS they usually take a pretty large stake, If its finding how to sell the company thats good too and if its for insurance then all the better cause I fear the VVUS plant is gona burn down.

vlad...what's special about the end of this month??? They have the domestic sales staff and the rent-a-reps thru AZA thru the 3rd qtr...then the rent-a-reps go away and the 75 or so full time sales staff is still out selling Muse till the end of the year. It would be nice to have a partner in place to pickup where the rent-a-reps leave off at the end of SEPT. But they have not added much value anyway... Vivus needs a partner in place before 12/31/98. The bigger goal is to sell Muse with Asta and Janssen overseas in as many countries that they can asap. Were in 9 countries now ...Leland expected 20+ by year end.....They have had fileings inplace for a year or so in many of these countries. What's the delay????? Come on Leland....bring on some more countries asap.
