imho << because when she starts to run ,i'am buying more.>> many people are feeling the same way... they have their shares and are going to wait and see what develops.. if more good news comes out in the weeks ahead and PRWT stock price starts to make it's move and the Belize issue is settled.. (when it's settled as I'm confident it will be)... then just like you, quite a few people will jump in that are on the sidelines or will purchase more. I'm just basing this over PMs and emails and phone calls I've had about this stock.. take care all :) jim
