In terms of earnings estimates and multiples, I would not recommend more than a 10x unless a valid comparison with a segment or group of stocks which are comparable.

I looks to me that we have an increased number of MM. I can't think of any reason other than money making opportunity for them. They like to trade lots of shares and profit on the spread. PRWT volume is well below its average daily volume recently. They, the MM, must anticipate at least continuing or greater volume. I would also have to think that the new MM would want to build inventory if they are going to join the fray. To risk a bit, I also assume that the new MM are anticipating a few events in the PRWT future, why else would you add a stock to your program?

isoman, you may have erred on the good side. EPS is calculated with outstanding shares, not all authorized shares, which would include those deemed "treasury stock". to put it another way, only the shares that are put out into the publics hands for trading/investing, are used to calculate earnings per share. Makes your #'s, for what they are worth, a bit more palatable. (not to insinuate that your #'s are wrong, just that nobody knows)
