martin, Part of running a successful business is having a plan and executing it rapidly and efficiently. Seems to me like Vivus's plan is to stick their heads in the sand and "hope" they can sign a domestic partner or a buyer who will pay a reasonable price. I just feel that Leeland and company are just not aggressive enough to run this company in a fashion that would satisfy the shareholders. IMO the board should now can his a#@$%s and 6 figure salary and hire a savy negotiator/salesman to get the ball rolling.
