I agree that Larry cuts a strange figure as the head of such a large business. He does seem pretty flaky. I was glad to learn that he's focusing on growing the applications business instead of chasing butterflies like the network computer. I also hope he's able to find a way to capitalize on the potentially huge electronic commerce business.
