Poisontaster, I have reviewed all of the information contained in your posts. Let me first of all congratulate you on the masterful job of compilation and layout of the arguments in your presentation. You are obviously skillful with the keyboard.

It is my intention to address each issue of your "Comprehensive Report". Due to demands on my time, I will have to address the issues over a period of several posts. When finished I will consolidate my response on one singular post for the convenience of our other thread members.

In order to facilitate a logical progression of my response, I will start at the beginning, by copying your "Comprehensive report" Part V(a) and V(b) and adding my comments to it.

I will forego the copying of your two page introduction to V(a).
For reference and for those who would like to refer to it:

I will start with page 3 of V(a) at the beginning of your arguments.

Also all the Replies referred to are in the old TSIG thread: Compact Connections (TSIG).

Lets Begin

Let me begin by a a quote from JAB (Reply 1614 , Paragraph 3):

" I never considered the possibility that the posters including yourself (gambler) had never actually read the S-8. It still amazes me that was actually the case. Through examination of an S-8 should be basic investing 101 for all investors.... Especially for those who have taken on the responsibility of thread oversight"

Poisontaster, I am not sure of your purpose in beginning your arguments with this quotation....The following is the context that the quotation was taken from: (post #1614) Complete post link:

"Gambler and Beebs, Thanks, for your time and effort to contact Mr. Gordon and for posting his explanations for the benefit of all of us on the thread.

When, I posted on Sunday evening informing the thread of Mr. Gordon's sale of stock I was concerned that others including yourself were deliberately concealing this information from those who follow the thread and rely on it's commentary.
When I received the filing on Friday 6/25 the first thing that jumped out to me was the sale of Mr. Gordon's shares. On Sunday evening I caught up on the thread from the previous Friday and was amazed to see so many comments from prominent posters including yourself that "Nothing had changed" "No one had sold" ect......Gambler, your post #1474 was of particular concern. In that post you stated "here is an excerpt from the filing for those who don't want to skim over it." You then went on to post a portion of the filing that registered the remaining 8,000,000 of the 20,000,000 shares authorized previously. Stating, "So what, nothing new here"...Your post seemed to appear that you had read the filing. Thus your omission of the sale of Mr. Gordon's 6,480,000 shares combined with the dogmatic statements made by others that "no one has sold" is what prompted my Sunday night posts to the thread.

I never considered the possibility that the posters including yourself had never actually read the S-8. It still amazes me that was actually the case. Thorough examination of an S-8 should be basic investing 101 for all investors ...Especially for those who have taken on the responsibility of thread oversight. I now believe that your motives and other's who posted erroneously on the subject were sincere and that the posts were made without knowing the contents of the S-8. Your subsequent postings and that of others expressing concern, anguish and loss of sleep over the issue was obviously genuine."

Poisontaster, I was the first to post that Mr. Gordon had sold 6,480,000 shares. Important DD for all investors of TSIG. After posting this fact on the board, I was accused by others of fabrication, blatant falsehood, and bashing.......I was amazed that others would make such comments when it was a matter of public record. The only logical explanation (short of willful deception on the part of those doing the posting) was that those who were making such comments had never actually read the S-8 document that they were commenting on...........That was my conclusion, Thus I invited others to read the S-8 and then share their comments on whether my post on the subject was factual.

The fact is, my Post informing others of Mr. Gordon's shares was the truth. Others who were invited to read the S-8 acknowledged this fact. It was also acknowledged that the S-8 had not been thoroughly read by some who had commented authoritatively on it's contents

Let's look at what JAB has presented to us in over 18 messages.

============

Here is what JAB is CLAIMing:

TSIG is a crash and burn operation because of an apparent cashflow problem. Mr. Gordon knows that it's a fatal problem and has and will completely cash out, leaving investers dangling in the wind, because he is untrustworthy.

Poisontaster, These are your words, Not mine. In fact, your words misrepresent what I stated.

I have never claimed that TSIG is a crash and burn operation. I have suggested and presented forth valid arguments that TSIG is in great danger of becoming a crash and burn operation, due to a severe cash crisis. A cash crisis that is a matter of public record. A cash crisis so severe that the accountants opinion as expressed in the SEC documents expresses serious concern as to the ongoing viability of TSIG as a going entity....

I have never claimed that Mr. Gordon knows that it is a fatal problem.....I have claimed that Mr. Gordon, has cashed out 6,480,000 shares. That is an undisputable fact of the public record. I have not claimed that Mr. Gordon will completely cash out. I have suggested Mr. Gordon may sell, and may even be in the process of selling the 7,520,000 shares that he registered for sale
on 6/25.....A registration that is once again a matter of public record. A registration that does indeed permit Mr. Gordon to sell the shares that are therein registered.

I have also presented concerns, supported with arguments of fact and opinion, that suggests that the sale of Mr. Gordon's shares coupled with TSIG's cash crisis, massive debt, legal problems, delay of the PP, delay of the CCI acquisition, delay of the website launch, as well as the recent bankruptcy of Mr. Gordon's "Phoenix" company, poses considerable risk to TSIG investors, and raises serious questions that should be addressed by Mr. Gordon.

I have never claimed that Mr. Gordon is untrustworthy. I have presented many arguments that calls into question the accuracy of a many specific statements and claims made by Mr. Gordon. Many of these arguments are contained in post #1990.

Poisontaster, the real misrepresentation thus far in your presentation, is your representation of me.

End of Part I one of my rebuttal.

I will pick up where I left off in Part II

Best Regards, JAB
