A lot of people and or companies run low on funds and can't pay bills from time to time. There are no longer debtors prisons for just that reason.

BIG DOG,

Greetings Sir Jeff,

PMJI, but I have been checking this company out very thoroughly, and had found this evening there are a couple of inaccuracies in your post. I point this out because I have just been able to confirm parts of it.

It looks to me like you've got details from a couple of stories mixed
together.

From what I have discovered, the attorney Herzog's suit had nothing to
do with the physical therapy clinic. It seems to have concerned an MRI
Clinic that Herzog's client McCombs tried to sell to CSI without
mentioning a small ground water contamination problem. CSI cancelled the purchase contract and somehow the attorney got himself in the middle of a promissory note and tried to collect.

It appears that a grievance has been filed with the Texas Bar Assn and
the suit was settled recently in favor of CSI.

You need to check these things out a little better before publishing
them. Janice Shell is an excellent example of how to do it right. She
and others were apparently aware of the fact that Skillern had fingered his old man and only escaped prison by plea bargaining concerning fraud for weeks before posting it, but they made sure they could confirm the facts before publishing them.

I think that premature posting may have been a real problem around here. Someone setting dates for "big announcements" and then having no announcement would have been enough to make everyone nervous.

I have been following this thread for several weeks ... and your posts
are among those that catch my attention ... in a good way.

I hope you do not take offense at my pointing this out to you.

Thanks,

Hogger
