Bonnie: I agree a "P & D" would not be their style. I suppose the market could over-react, which would be out of their control, but am very happy to hold this one.

Hi Bonnie - Just back from my working holiday and nice to see two great news releases on ATF. I am having a hard time really comprehending the huge potential of these deals in Japan and was wondering if anyone had any idea on the number of orders that could be realized from just the Hino engine alone and what profit ATF could garner. I have traveled in Asia and the Hino name was very prominent. The comment on Mexico seems to be the most positive statement made in a news release for ATF that the next stage of the contract is developing as it should. I am not a lawyer but I had a chat with one a while back and asked him about letters of intent. He said - Letters of intent are more than just paper, they generally will hold the necessary terms which must be met for signing the contract and if in fact all the terms are met, the parties can be held responsible for expenses if one party backs out. From past news releases it appears ATF has so far easily met the initial requirements.
Also the last release on the director seems to tell me that ATF is now ready to tap with the huge resource of the mutual funds. Most mutuals have a bottom entry level of $3.00, $5.00 or even higher - so Mr.Sillcox's appointment should be of great benefit to ATF. Good investing everyone - Timester
