Michael, we certainly DO see the word "infringe" over and over again in those links you provide. To not call this a case about infringement would be incorrect, IMO. Also, given that lots of money was paid out, it;s bascially an open and shut case. PAtent court or no. I remain confused, though, about why there is a separate patent court if these cases can be tried in civil court. Dick Jaffe, do you know anything about this stuff? TIA
