Would you elaborate on your friends' experiences?

Are they local to JPR's offices?
How long have they been with JPR?
What's the best and worst aspect of their service (other than costs <g>)?

Do you know how JPR handles partial fills? Do they charge the full commission for each of the partials, or this full cost for the first part of a fill and only ~$1 for each additional piece of the same transaction?
